What are your shipping terms?

We currently only ship to the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.

We send by Royal Mail 24 at at a flat rate of £4.85.

Deliver on orders over £75 is free. Use code RMFREE at checkout.

How do I order the correct amount of cloth?

Our cloth is sold by 0.5 increments, so if you wanted 1.5m you would insert 3 in the quantity box. 
Please double check the cloth width before purchases as they do vary from each cloth.

Some cloth may arrive with a wonky edge, this is how it arrived from the supplier. Please note we will always measure from the shortest edge of the cloth to ensure you have the correct measured length.

An unevenly cut edge will not be grounds for a refund.

Cloth texture & colour

We do our best to accurately display the colour and texture of the cloth, but screen resolution and brightness differs from each device so please do contact us if unsure as refunds won’t be given because of this.

Returns policy

We are a small business and can only offer refunds on faulty products. We do our best to quality check all fabrics before they are sent out, but if there is an issue please contact us on hello@theclothroom.com.
